Reporting a problem

The fastest way to get a fix is to tell us exactly what you looked at:

• the number of hens, their size, and the coop size;
• which number looks wrong, and what you expected instead, with the source if you have one;
• the device and browser, if something did not display.

A plan you bought

Lost the link? Go to Get my plan and enter the email address you paid with: we email you a fresh link. For anything else about an order, write from that address and include the order number from your receipt (it starts with TCP-).

Questions about your flock or your build

We are happy to explain how the planner arrived at a size and which extension source a rule comes from. We cannot advise on bird health or tell you what your town allows: for that, ask your vet, your county extension office or your local government.
